To comply with the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 please note that every policy, notice and procedural guide that refers to ‘GDPR’ shall now be read as ‘UK GDPR’.

The rights, responsibilities and data protection that the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR are not changed. Our procedures and arrangements will not change.

If you have any queries please contact Kelly Royle.

From 25 May 2018, new regulations will be introduced which affect how our school handle people's data.  This is called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  Compliance with the regulations will be an ongoing process and the school have appointed a data protection officer to advice and manage compliance with the regulation.  Full details of our data protection officer can be found below should you have any questions.

All documentation will be added to this page, to include policy and privacy notices that are compliant with the new regulations.

Your children's data will be handled in the same manner in accordance with legal principles.

Parents have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.  Withdrawing your consent will not affect any images or videos that have been shared prior to withdrawal.  If you would like to withdraw your consent, you must submit your request in writing to the Head Teacher.
