Harrington Nursery School

Where Everyone Sparkles

At Harrington Nursery School we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework as set out by the British Government. This dictates the standards that schools and childcare providers must meet for the learning, development and care for children from birth to 5.

Further information, including this document, can be found at:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2

The following document has been produced for parents and carers and gives examples of age related expectations from birth to 5. These expectations allow us to plan effective learning opportunities to ensure that children build on their prior knowledge and learn new knowledge and skills whilst at school.
